We realize it’s been some time since another Ultra came and went, but we couldn’t resist posting this live set from MK. If you’re a House head you probably already love him, and if you don’t know of him yet, you’ve probably heard his tracks and remixes. Not only is he a legendary producer since the age of 14, he’s a masterful DJ.

This set exemplifies why MK is a House institution, both in the studio and live on stage. His style is unmistakable, intermingling elements of soul and hip hop, with a heavy dose of spasmodic vocal loops. The seamless transitions in this set create an absolute cohesion that represents the best of Ultra 2015.

A few standout moments include: André Hommen’s “Battery Park”; a nostalgic nod to Ma$e and”Mo Money, Mo Problems” circa 1997 in Jack N Danny’s “Double Up”; booty-shaking throwbacks from Tough Love and Busta Rhymes; and MK’s remix of “Powerless” by Rudimental.
