Revered Amsterdam club Trouw launched into their closing festivities in style with a 35 hour party roused by residents and international luminaries including Tom Trago and Ame but the most fitting moment would have been the last track played before the haunt closed its doors for good.

Thanks to a tribute site fittingly dubbed ‘Remember Trouw’ those lucky enough in attendance can pen the good times by submitting tracks they heard on the night including the final hurrah.

Any guesses what it was? Was it a techno fanger? white hot house burner? Nope. It was a Patrice Baumel Club edit of Talking Heads ‘This Must Be The Place”

Yep, time to lie down, try not to cry and cry a lot.
