DZ Deathrays cover 90s Dance Hit For Triple J

Brisbane duo DZ Deathrays have been delving into some pretty unlikely genres as of late – notably covering Darude’s Sandstorm at Falls Festival over new years. We all know that like a version always manages to get artists to take on the most unlikely songs – From Peking Duk covering Kylie Minogue, to Jagwar Ma covering Arctic Monkeys you get the idea.

This time around, DZ Deathrays have performed their own dance punk rendition of popular 90s dance track ‘Addicted to Bass’ by Josh Abrahams & Amiel Daemion aka Puretones. Ironically enough, no bass is actually present through the performance, however that doesn’t take away from the heavy metal thrash rock vibes we’re so used to seeing from these guys.

You definitely need to check this out for your daily laughs.
