The festival Gods have spoken! Slander and NGHTMRE have joined forces for their appropriately titled track “Ascension”. Featuring vocals from none other than the party king himself, Lil John, the collaborations intro has a hint of Armin Van Buuren flavor to it, taking us back in time and then smoothly transitions with gorgeous piano notes into a Deadmau5-esque build up. Only to surprise us, the producers manage to segue into a massive electro buildup leading to massive synths. Hard-hitting doesn’t cut it.
