In Australia’s flooded festival climate, it’s near impossible for a new festival to emerge that is perfect in every possible dynamic. However, that was until the new Marmalade Skies Festival emerged. Spread over two days, the festival is set to take rural Australia by storm, with a lineup consisting of Australia’s most exciting new talent.
However beyond the diverse lineup, what makes the festival so different? A weekend, BYO camping music and arts festival, which goes beyond the music itself; combining markets with inland beach parties, art installations with shearing shed dance party and craft beer and cider with sets extending long into the night.
Set in arguably one of the most beautiful locations in Australia, rural Golburn, the festival is set to take the countryside by storm. With the likes of Kilter, Acaddamy, Flamingo, KLP, Softwar, Olympic Ayres and a whole stack more – It may just seem that the remedy to our somewhat repetitive festival circuit may have just been found.
