Once again the dance music world will descend on Amsterdam full of fresh sunburns from Ibiza’s closing parties. Potentially the ‘it’ event in electronic culture, Amsterdam Dance Event plays host to some of the most intriguing experiences of any conference out there. Boasting three parts, ADE features your traditional talking conference where artists, media, and industry tastemakers discuss and debate the current state of dance. In true electronic fashion the city is jammed packed with star-studded events from Dirty Dutch to Deep Techno. On fact that sets ADE apart is the literal industry Playground where brands and musicians showcase unique experiences for fans, friends, and yes nerds to get in on the action.
Specialties like a Sonos-Sponsored studio, festival inspired art exhibitions, and tech talks with Junkie XL are just a few of the thrills popping up around the city. Listening events, gear tests, and music talks are just a few of the non-party activities to be had (don’t worry you can still go to Boiler Room and not dance).
