Dropping the beats under new name DJ Diesel, big man Shaq O’Neal is off the courts and into the clubs, smashing Chateau Nightclub and Rooftop in Vegas over the weekend.

Standing at a mammoth 7’1″, Shaq delighted punters at the club, rocking out a fully equipped Pioneer controller in custom gold headphones and pumping club bangers until the early morn. Hard to believe it was a DJ debut, O’Neal is rumoured to have handled the decks as well as he handles the ol’ [insert basketball slang here].

Adding this to the belt of pro-ball player, rapper and television personality on Inside the NBA, the set was apparently a hit to all whom attended and as you can see – da club is pumpin’. Naturally he celebrated yet another victory with some time in the VIP section. Swag.

When asked about his future as DJ, Shaq stated ‘I would love to do a Vegas residency.‘
