Bulgarian bruiser KiNK has shared his version of an Essential Mix that of course includes an improvised 17-minute live edit among various cuts of house, techno and electronica and a worthy follow up to Jimmy Edgars offering last week.

The idea behind the magical mix is all about ‘contrast’ some of the tracks are “deep, energetic, some are polished, some are raw” and all tied together with a lengthy live edit on a wash of analog gear seen above.

A tracklisting tells more than words can with mostly originals being played bar four tracks with a bulk of it represented by heavyweights Axel Boman, Josh Wink, DJ Assassin and more. Don’t expect quick mixing or big drops, rather a smouldering and clever mix built for those who are looking for somer serious hours on the dancefloor.

It’s been a busy 12 months for KiNK who played last years boutique electronic festival Strawberry Fields, remixed Tiga and also released his own full-length LP ‘Under Destruction’ – nice!
