L D R U has quickly jumped from co-production duties for YesYou’s latest onto a remix of New Zealand indie-pop band Broods and “Bridges”, a single taken from their recent self-titled EP.

Proving he’s no flash in the pan, the South Coast producer who featured on our first free compilation Stoney Roads – ‘Volume One’ alongside Cosmo’s Midnight and Wave Racer has given it a touch of the good stuff with a wonky synth that literally re-defines the track while his percussive elements playfully surface throughout. Plenty of replay factor in this one.

He’ll play this years Splendour in the Grass with fellow coasty Yahtzel alongside internationals Darkside, Chrome Sparks, Outkast and a hash of locals including Basenji, Wordlife, Peking Duk, Motez, Indian Summer and more.
