UK based Gorgon City (the bro-union of Foamo and Rack n’ Ruin) have taken on Drake’s ‘Doing It Wrong’ in a live set for 1Extra Live Lounge.

In a bid to prove themselves live, the duo whom have been pegged as the ‘Disclosure of 2014’ (we’ll see, yo) injected a heavy bass vibe into the track, adding the dream double vocals of Liv and MNEK to counter the heart words from Drake and giving the performance a soulful texture.

If you want the Stoney opinion, we’re fans of it. Although we feel like Drake fans the world over would be generally unimpressed, the guys give the track an interesting electronic depth which is fairly inventive in its execution (perty machines aka. what’s going on with that drum kit?). For two guys renowned for their DJ sets, they ain’t bad on the old live performance either.

Considering the guys have just been signed to the Black Butter label (of Rudimental and Clean Bandit history), they’re an act pegged assumed to be doing it right in 2014.
