The inaugural edition of Listen Out Sydney wasn’t short of fun or controversy as over 8,000 music lovers emerged onto the beautiful centennial park to party it all out with producers and artists including Duke Dumont, Hayden James, TNGHT, Yahtzel, Azealia Banks (Momentarily) and of course Disclosure.
Being a party that provided many moments of hilarity, fist pumping and absurdity, we thought it would only be appropriate to dedicate this album to all the people and things through out the day that drew the proceedings to this outcome.
So without further ado, this album is dedicated to
– budgy smuglars
– horse heads
– drug busts
– low speed running pursuits between fence jumpers and not so fit police
– old rich people complaining about noise
– a certain young rich girl complaining about beer cans beeing thrown at her on stage
– a certain young rich girl ‘canning’ her collab with Disclosure (irony)
But most importantly to an epic day of great bloody music. This was Listen Out Sydney
