Coming straight to you from the land of Whatdafuuuk?! LCD Soundsystem’s James Murphy has remixed David Bowie’s track ‘Love is Lost’ appearing on The Next Day Extra, the collector’s edition of Bowie’s 24th studio album.

Apparently Murphy is quite the Bowie fan, having paid tribute to the singer with LCD Soundsystem’s  “All I Want” and  “Never As Tired As When I’m Waking Up”.

This isn’t the first time the two have crossed paths either, both contributing to Arcade Fire’s recent single “Reflektor”.

So basically what we’re getting at is that James Murphy and David Bowie make a really cute, if not kinda weird, couple.
