Go Freek: Top 5 Songs To Kick On To

Sweat It Out signed duo and Australian based club outfit Go Freek have educated us with five tracks to kick on to.

Dabbling in the past and present, the young producers called on some seriously elevated beats to keep the party going into the early hours.

Post an official grinding remix of Sindin and Vato Gonzalez’s “$100 Infinite Kung Fu Vixen” will see the boys headline Sydney’s World Bar for Cakes July 6th (that’s this weekend).

5. Jacknife Lee – “Making Me Money (Switch Remix)”
I remember being in bali in our hotel room surrounded by empty mushroom shake cups when this song came on, the boys were off there heads throwing things into the fan and I thought man i would love a cigarette right now. before i knew it, a cigarette comes flying from the fan into my lap. it was perfect until i realised i needed a lighter, before i even had the chance to look around and grab one the fan gods shoot one straight towards me. That song manages to keep things cool and cruisey in those silly, chaotic moments.

4. Format B – “Gospel (Super Flu’s Antichrist Rmx)”
This one is an anthem for the driveway benders at our mate mile’s house. He started frothing on tech and deep house last year and this was his song. It always found its way in the background of a freshly opened case and lifted everyones spirits as if we were at a miami pool party. It would be rude not to have another drink and a bop around to this song.

3. Booka Shade – “In White Rooms”
Everyone subconsciously hears it coming in for that 3 minutes before it climaxes and when it does what a mood changer, you could be in an argument with someone you don’t like then the breakdown hits and you find yourself giving each other a hug and telling them how much you always loved them. there something about the chord progression in that track that makes you melt.

2. Alex Party – “Wrap Me Up”
We came across this bomb at a randoms hotel in the city. He ran to change it to the next song on his ipod shuffle before one of the boys stopped him and everyone lost there shit dancing to it on repeat for a good solid hour. It now comes on nearly every kick on and never gets old.

1.  Furacao 2000 – “The Book Is On The Table”
All you need for this song is one person to play it and jump on a table dancing, make sure theres plenty of tables around and nothing too expensive on them. This can be a dangerous exercise
