Sources reveal Electric Daisy Carnival will expand to two full weekends in 2014.

At the closing end of the three-day Electric Daisy Carnival comes news that Insomniac Events have confirmed and will expand the event over two weekends for 2014.

A similar move to what Coachella and Ultra Music have done in past years by replicating identical lineups over consecutive weekends.

The rumour spills internally from the Las Vegas Motor Speedway group – where the event is held and over 114,000 attendees visit daily during the biggest dance event in North American.

Insomniac Events continues to grow with Live Nation recently buying a large stake as well as partnering with Golden Globe producers for a forthcoming ‘EDM’ styled awards show.
