Skrillex boldly proclaims fans to ‘expect the unexpected’ when it comes to his live visual set up titled ‘The Cell’. Unveiled via a YouTube mini documentary, real name Sonny Moore takes you behind the scenes to look at the making of the live experience which was debuted on his Mothership tour in 2011.

Described by production advisor Vello Virkhau as a ‘High energy visual experience. His fans are going to freak out on’, the complexity of this live assembly supersedes others by added motion based sensory visuals and more.

The cool mini doco gives you a good look at the production required to put together the show and features interviews with Skrillex (smokin’ heaps of darts stressin’), director David De Juan Navarro and other members of the production team.

After a shock exit from the Stereosonic festival you can catch Skrillex live in Sydney at this years edition of Shore Thing. Something I personally don’t want to miss after observing this and hearing of new material from his collaboration with Boys Noize as Dog Blood is on the way!
