A preview stream of Burial‘s new EP for Kode9‘s Hyperdub has landed and my God… We announced last week that it would land December 16, following in his end-of-year tradition of releasing roughly 28 minute-long EPs somewhere in the month. However, it seems like we’re getting it early with it just landing on the Hyperdub website, with ‘Rival Dealer’ being announced as the official title. While the CD and 12″ vinyl package are not out yet, digital copies of the 28-minute EP have come a couple of days before we expected it to – head here to cop the record.

In true Burial style, this shit is outstanding – haunting, beautiful and goosebump worthy. We’ve certainly landed on his softer side. ♥
