Field Day Lineup Announce 2014 – A$ap Rocky, Shadow Child, Ta-Ku, Dusky and more

It’s finally here. Field Day’s 2014 lineup announcement has revealed what we’ve all been expecting, a rather kick ass antidote to your New Years hangover with a stash of blistering electronic, dance and Hip-Hop.

Taking place in the iconic Domain park in Sydney come Jan 1st will be yet another interesting lineup from the folks at Fuzzy, who successfully launched ‘Listen Out’ this year – their dabble into ‘IDM’ that featured Disclosure, AlunaGeorge, Duke Dumont, John Talabot and more.

The lineup takes another leaf out of the ‘good music’ chapter and features many of our thought-to-be-playing picks. Hip-Hop is represented by heavyweight rapper A$ap Rocky who will be laying down rhymes alongside “Black and Yellow” MC Wiz Khalifa, with dance grooves flowing thanks to four-four ambassadors Flume, Julio Bashmore, Dusky and Shadow Child.

Australia must be doing something right (duh!) with a whopping 10 local acts pinned for the day with Alison Wonderland, Ta-Ku, Chet Faker, Cosmo’s Midnight (feature on our free compilation), What So Not, Elizabeth Rose and many more all getting the nod.

Tickets? Two option, early bird at $118 a pop while those in need of a bit extra attention can nab themselves a VIP ticket at $138+ booking fee that’ll see you jump drink and toilet lines and generally feel like a boss.
