Turns out the current de-jour of ‘the drop’ sent over a random email letting the ‘Stary Eyed’ singer know he was a fan, writing;

”I’m Skrillex. I don’t know if you know who I am, but I love your shit. We started texting and talking on the phone.” 

Adding some kind words; ”I love her. She’s my fucking girl.” 

Could have imagined this going an entirely another way and this article actually being titled ‘Skrillex creeps Ellie Goulding via email’.
