One Last Tour Adds One More Last Date

So the joke has gotten old about Swedish House Mafia’s never ending ‘Last Tour’, but this date addition does nothing but good. Haters keep quiet on this one because it’s all for those in need. The Swedish trio will be playing a benefit concert to aid in the relief of the devestation in New York City and New Jersey caused by hurricane Sandy.

This Fall Sandy pounded the Northeast of the US, wreaking havoc all along the way. This city that never sleeps had the lights turned out with mass flooding and whole neighborhoods flattened. Beachfront communities unaccustomed to storms this far North, were destroyed. In towns that make their livelihood from vacationers, restoration is imperative. Other musicians have chipped in for the effort, even the Rolling Stones headlining a 12-12-12 show in the big apple.

Swedish House Mafia will touch down in the US for the last leg of their last tour in mid February. After hitting dates across North America, SHM with finish where is began at Ultra Music Festival. Before the curtains close, the benefit will take place at NYC’s Hammerstein Ballroom on February 28th. In true masquerade fashion, the trio made the event attire Black Tie. Threatening to turn ravers away without the right suit, the Swede’s will be decked out for this one.

After selling out the biggest stadiums, playing iconic venues such as Madison Square Garden, hosting their own festivals, and getting radio play alongside the worlds top pop stars they will bring it all to an end this Spring. This benefit deemed ‘Black Tie Rave’, sure shows the spin the House Mafia can put on a dance party. What is sure to be a sold out event, NYC will see them off it style. Get your tuxedo’s ready ravers or at least ask your Dad, this will be one for the books.
