No Hats No Hoods are back, set to release the debut EP from DJ Spookz, a 23 year old producer from Essex. Spookz delivers a hard hitting collection of dancefloor bangers encapsulating elements of 2-step, grime, dubstep, rave and house.

Bring The Beat Back sets the tone for the EP, piecing together elements of grime and rave with its intense rhythms and vocal stabs. Sweet Love continues the focus on hardcore with signature chord stabs over a shuffling beat. Fate nods to grime with its in-your-face rhythm and grimey bass, while the swinging 4×4 beat of Hold It jumps between house music and 2-step’s skittering beats.

Spookz is an active DJ with a show on London’s Flex FM and support for his music comes from Jackmaster, Bok Bok, Marcus Nasty, Firing Squad, MA1 and Score 5.
