New Order to headline Sydney and Melbourne shows!

Seminal nu-wave rockers New Order have announced both Sydney and Melbourne headline shows.

The bands re-formation comes on the cusp of a world tour and their inclusion in the Future Music 2012 lineup – alongside Friendly Fires, Fatboy Slim, Swedish House Mafia, Skrillex, Aphex Twins, Frank Ocean, Die Antwoord and plenty more.

Dates for the band have only been procured for two main cities although depending on ticket sales could see the move to Perth, Brisbane and Adelaide.

Melbourne: Thursday 1st March, Festival Hall – Tickets on sale Monday 23rd January from Ticketmaster
Sydney: Wednesday 7th March, Hordern Pavilion – Tickets on sale Monday 23rd January from Ticketek

The set lists have already said to include “Blue Monday” and “Bizarre Love Triangle” with rumours of “Love Will Tear Us Apart” making an appearance.
