Michael Dodman AKA Huxley has been rather busy this year with a string of releases including the ‘Chatsworth Sound’ EP collaboration with Shenoda released in September, the ‘Lost Love’ EP released on Rinse and the ‘Dark Bourbon EP out on Kolour. The recently released ‘Inkwell’ EP is a standout as it delivers a more tech orientated vibe with a serious bassline. For me the highlight on the four track EP, courtesy of the prolific Aus Music imprint who have had a number of releases in the last few months including the likes of Dusky and Leon Vynehall, is ‘Creeper’ and its club edit as the bass really grabs your attention in a really, really good way.
