Receiving early radio play nationally, future-beat kid Flume has finally uploaded the first single “Holdin On” from his forthcoming record on Future Classic next month (album teaser here).

To say there has been a bit of hype surrounding him and the release would be an understatement, even with the same sounds having already been developed for the past 24 months overseas, especially in the US and UK it’s good to see the sounds growing at home.

“Holdin On” is a drum-driven, sample laced track with soulful vocals coupled with down tempo chords and general gravy-ness, a real taster of what’s to come even in its compact 2:34 form!.

The full album drops November 9th on Future Classic.
