We announced this album back in September which was available up until yesterday to stream before its release, but now, the time has finally come for Egyptrixx‘s’A/B Til Infinity’. It’s been released on L-Vis 1990 and Bok Bok‘s impeccable Night Slugs imprint, and the Canadian techno experimentalist had also recently put out the ‘Water (Reduced) / Adult (Helix Bootleg)’ as a 12″ white label for them – this followed other other ice-hot releases like Jam City’s ‘Classical Curves’, L-Vis 1990’s ‘Ballads’, Logos’ ‘Cold Mission’, Nguzunguzu’s ‘Sky Cell’, Kingdom’s ‘Vertical XL,’ Hysteric’s ‘Club Constructions Vol. 5’ and Rabit’s ‘Sun Showers’. The record is full of low-end alien soundscapes, weird techno and futurist fluids, while still being one of the more consistently successful efforts to combine compulsive grooves with the searingly strange.
