Oooooh say what say what say what! option4 is back atcha with another hot remix. This time he gets his hands on the millenial turnover track “U Know What’s Up” by Donell Jones. If you remember the original (how can you not), it’s an iconic R&B tune of the era and even featured Lisa (Left Eye) Lopes from TLC, as if we couldn’t get any more 90’s in the namedrop department.

Fast forward to today where option4 rubs it with his deep and techy vibe. Straightforward percussion and his style of cone-shaking bass back up vocal loops and cuts from the original. My favorite part of this is the little bits of melody put in with a really cool hollow synth sound.
