I think it’s becoming clear that all things Seth Troxler is quickly becoming my speciality. Troxler’s own specialty, cooking has finally come to the forefront of his career with the opening of pop-up restaurant, Smokey Tails in London. He wasn’t alone and was able to make this happen with the help of Ryan Crosson from Vision Quest, Ben Pound from Futureline and Jo Vidler from Secret Productions along with the amazing chefs of course.
They pride themselves on their smoked meats (yum), frozen cocktails (I am instantly thirsty) and I can only imagine impeccable tunes. Just having opened on Friday, the photos on their Facebook page suggest they’ve got the goods and you might even happen to bump into Troxler himself.
