Following the seemingly unprecedented hype surrounding Daft Punk’s ‘Random Access Memories’ album release, the marketing team behind the French duo have kept the ball rolling with a new line of merch. In addition to the release of the Daft Punk action figures, Durex have now jumped on the bandwagon and released a line of ‘Get Lucky’ condoms which are being sent around as free samples to DJs.

Diplo received a box and subsequently made a post referring to the robotic contraceptive on his Instagram with the comment ‘Thank god I had those daft punk condoms last night’.

Since ‘Get Lucky’ rose to the top of the Aria Singles Chart, making Daft Punk the first ever French group to make it to #1 in Australia, the initial hype has began to wear off and the track now sits at #12.
