Yank those party pants back on for Boiler Room’s return to Australia in early March with three scheduled takeovers in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth that’ll feature an international and local cast and, in some cases, multiple shows.

The last time the Boiler Room crew decided on a forray downunder was January last year and saw a mix of talent with Hiatus Kaiyote, Andrass Fox, Tornado Wallace, Michael Ozone and Cliques among others, showing the world what we’ve been cultivating in Australia – hint: some seriously great music.

Sydney will spruik two shows, the first on Monday headlined by Chicago royalty Derrick Carter and locals Simon Caldwell, DREEMS and Kali via an intimate “rooftop party”, while Tuesday’s festivities will see beat-making heros Hermitude in live mode, Seekae on the 1’s and 2’s, Basenji and Black Vanilla.

The Melbourne leg kicks off on the 6th with local favourites Chet Faker, Oscar Key Sung & Andras Fox, Fantastic Man and vinyl-veteran Andree Frost, with the second show on the 7th toting Recloose, late night pizza guy Touch Sensitive, Otologic and Sleep D.

Finishing up in Perth – conveniently closer to back ‘ome on the 10th will be Sable, Hugo Gerani, Savoir, Senante and Catlips.

Tickets you say? A little harder to come by than just purchasing ala last year, with presenting partners Budweisers and Contiki holding the golden keys to entry. Something you’ll have to throw 25 words or less to for a chance to find yourself awkwardly swaying infront of a global audience.
