Album Art Reborn In Lego

Lego Screenshots

For over a hundred years, album art has been an intergal aspect of musical releases. From the good, the bad and the plain ugly covers have, caused controversy, been called works of art and added to the musical experience itself. However, some absolute champion has taken it upon himself to digitally edit notable album covers for our visual pleasure.

Combining two of the greatest things since sliced bread, England-based teenager Harry Heaton takes your favourite album covers and makes them look as if they were made from lego. It may seem somewhat mundane but it’s truly nothing short of awesome. From the likes of Daft Punk to Disclosure, Violent Soho to Flume, the kid not only shows how broad his taste in music is but shows some pretty cool creativity; props.

We’ve put together our favourite few from the tumblr down below, however if it’s a long day at the office head over to the blog and see if you can name all the albums. Go on, we dare you.
