There’s an online Australian club opening while you self-isolate

Times are pretty grim for well, everyone. It’s especially tough for the music industry right now as it reels from the coronavirus and it’s mandated ban on gatherings over 100 people and need for self-isolation. The knock-on effect means the closure of bars and clubs, parties and events and those ever-important DJs, bar staff, security and sound engineers.

In an effect to bring a little bit of light to the situation, Sydneys first online club is being opened tomorrow night so people can enjoy some tunes, dance at home like no one is watching and chat with strangers!

Organiser Room 2 Radio looks to bring the ‘club to you’ by kicking off a live-stream around 8pm and run until late in the night with a selection of italo-disco, hypnotic house and clicky techno.

The lineup is packed full of some legit selectors having played Red Light Radio, originals premiered on XLR8R, played plenty of doofs around Australia and various guest mixes on FBi radio.

Room 2 Radio Lineup

Music For Friends 8-9
Hyfe 9-1030
Dame B2B Deepa (Honey Point)1030-12
Liam Ebbs (Thomas Gray & Liam Ebbs) 12- Late

Hit ‘going’ on the event and tune in tomorrow (Friday) from 8pm.
