Year on year Tycho makes it to Burning Man’s playa and lays down a consistently blissful two-hour mix and something we look forward to the most from the spectacle that transforms Arizona’s Black Rock desert into a hedonistic playground of music and art.

This year is no different with his mix from the Dusty Rhino stage an impressive collage of downtempo electronica delicately pieced together with layers and layers of soundscapes from Boards of Canada, Bonobo, Letherette, Chrome Sparks and Four Tet all found alongside deeper and frazzled oddities and sound bites.

The producer was in Australia not long ago playing Splendour in the Grass alongside James Blake, Maribou State and Friendly Fires to promote his latest album ‘Weather’ of which a number of tracks make the final cut of the mix.
