UK Festivals to start offering emergency contraception

Following research into UK festivals, Bestival, Rize and Leeds Festival will be attempting to stave off unwanted pregnancies by offering emergency contraception to punters.

The Medicine Man tent will be offering help and advice in related to unprotected sex as well as onsite contraception in the form of the morning after pill, ellaOne, available without prescription.

While Australia seems to be haphazardly standing by, festivals overseas really seem to be hitting it out of the ballpark with measures to ensure safety amongst party-goers, from drug testing to now emergency contraception help and advice!

Tell us what you think is this the sort of thing we should be seeing at festivals everywhere, or will this just increase carelessness in sexual protection?
