Sydney prodigy Australian Athlete has come seemingly out of nowhere and dropped his killer debut single Surf ‘n’ Turf  a disco-dipped jam, giving us an early days Touch Sensitive vibe, filling us with that bubbly funk nostalgia.

While you may not have heard of him, he’s been steadily making a name for himself as a session and live musician, performing and collaborating with some of Australia’s faves, including Touch Sensitive, Donny Benet, The Possé. 

With collaborators like this it’s no doubt where his music taste lies and it shows in what he’s produced and it seems like we’ll enjoy what’s to come. Check out the debut
