If you’re in a sensual, jazzy mood today, then let Hayden James’ ‘Permission To Love’ be your soundtrack.

Released back in July, 2013, this lush tune followed a seriously impressive run from the cats at Future Classic, who already had Flume, Chet Faker, Touch Sensitive and Flight Facilities doing big things on a global scale.

‘Permission To Love’ was the first hit in a long running, musical love affair that fans have shared with Hayden James over the past 5-years, as we’re lucky to get a single track out of him over a 12-month period let alone a full project.

But this spaced out method of releasing music seems to work for the Sydney local, as it always leaves us wanting more because he’s so bloody good at what he does. Case in point; his latest release ‘NUMB’ ft. GRAACE saw him reach #32 in triple j‘s Hottest 100 last month, being one of the few electronic artists to make the list.

Revisit ‘Permission To Love’ below.
