Check out the wacky visuals for Haiku Hands’ dancefloor riot, ‘Not About You’

Emerging from nowhere, a party of renowned Australian performance, vocal, and visual artists have collided within Haiku Hands – an indescribable mash up of the best qualities of rap and dance music, but with a spirit of their own. In their winning debut Not About You, these ladies command our attention, and they’ve succeeded. Their playful rhymes are brimming with energetic confidence, alongside the most slamming beat you’ve heard all year. And now, they’ve dropped the accompanying visuals, and they seem to express everything these gals are about.

It’s a combination that has flung them into success, signing to Paradigm Talent Agency for USA bookings, alongside biggies like Flume, Lorde, and The xx. But you might have heard hints of these hands before. Across the group, they’ve collaborated with Lapalux, Hermitude, and Urthboy, performing at festivals across the country under alter egos and past projects.

Their visual style is just as distinct as their musical style. The visuals for Not About You are fast paced, fun and experimental. There’s weird angles, an abundance of props, colours, and it’s a feat for the eyes. You have to see this for yourself. Peep the video below.

You can catch Haiku Hands’ renowned live show in plenty of places across the next few months. Grab tour dates and tickets here!
