EntroPi Games has come out with a new application called ‘Vinyl Reality’ and as interesting as it sounds, it could be the perfect app for you if you’re a bit strapped for cash and can’t afford 1200’s.

The German virtuality reality company has dropped the first global DJ mixing application that allows realistic vinyl mixing in the VR digital realm with the use of a VR headset and two VR controllers. Definitely the much cheaper option especially if you don’t own a lot of wax.

During production, a bunch of  professional DJs were consulted to maximise the accuracy of the software. Users are able to shape two turntables and a two-channel mixer with EQsm PLF and gains, not to mention the virtual record box you can flick through to make selections.

You are also able to live stream performances and record and export mixes.

Vinyl Reality is available now on early access at the reduced price of $12.75 (USD) via Steam.
