Are you ready to have your love for zany, off-the-wall trap put to the test? Yvng Jalapeño and Ian Munro have the track for you, with his latest offering ‘I Don’t Need You’ ft. Cultra out via Quality Goods Records. This may be a new name for you, but we think he’s here to stay for some time.
Mixing moody R&B seamlessly with filthy, booming trap drops comes naturally together on this track, it’s a masterful mix of chaotic electronica. This creation was not only conceived by the mind of Yvng Jalapeño, the producer worked alongside NZ producer Ian Munro who adds his own unique twist the track before it took over the waves of SoundCloud. To top things off, the understated vocals of Cultra contrast effectively with the whacky, wild and maximal production tactics from two up-and-coming producers. This colourful, electrifying brand of trap/r&B is something we would like to see more from the world of trap today.
There’s a lot to look forward to for the future of this up-and-comer, so come witness him live as he support Graves tonight at The MET. It’ll be worth it to hear this banging track damage a PA.
