Alice Ivy impresses with groovy new cut ‘Be Friends’

Alice Ivy is a name that we’re seeing thrown our way more and more these days, and we couldn’t be happier about it because she keeps dishing up great tunes with her latest offering proving to be no exception.

The Melbourne producer turned heads back in March with the quirky single ‘Get Me A Drink‘ that has now racked up over 600K plays on Spotify and seen her grab some serious recognition from fellow musicians and tastemakers such as triple j’s Richard Kingsmill.

On her latest offering, Alice Ivy switches things up – maintaining her on-ya-toes approach to electronica – teaming up with Adelaide local Caseaux O.S.L.O. as well as Singaporean singer Tim De Cotta, who both give the tune an extra hit of energy in their own right.

Alice is currently touring the sunburnt country for Listen Out, with the final two events taking place in Sydney and Brisbane this weekend with a brand new headliner in replacement for Future.

Listen to ‘Be Friends’ below for now and get jiggy widdit.
