Nestled along the alleys of possibly the happiest city in the world, Amsterdam Dance Event has become the annual mecca for innovation, recognition, and reflection in the global industry. Scheduled just after the busy Summer season, ADE presents an ideal climate for movers and shakers to rub shoulders and make moves. This year the event sets a personal best by confirming 2500 performers, an all-time record number, playing in over 140 locations around the city.

ADE’s announced that the opening concert with the Metropole Orchestra, and the multi-day talent program ADE LIVE, will return to this year’s evening program. In addition, music pioneer Gary Numan and Trainspotting author Irvine Welsh will be taking part in the daytime events. This is just the beginning of this multi-faceted event which sends off summer.

In a club-festival format of sorts, the events span massive venues to intimate clubs for an array of options across the city. Considering Amsteram has already hosted some of the most massive indoors of all time, this is the prime location for a truly comprehensive dance music experience.
