Behold! We have evidence that suggests when you hit your 37th year of existence, you are basically too old to go clubbing (sorry pre-80's babies).
A recent study run by Currys PC World suggests that once you've reached 37, clubbing is a no-go and you're making bad life choices. Heavy...
According to their surveys, a vast majority of 31 year-olds prefer to stay in over going out (although Netflix, UberEats and a movie sounds pretty ideal to me).
Nearly 50% said they would rather stay at home regardless of the weather while the expenses of a night out were also one of the big excuses.
Other factors include the hard, draining task of socialising with other humans, getting ready or the effort that comes with organising a night out.
Matt Walburn of Currys PC World said: "It's now almost impossible to get bored at home, with endless box sets and the latest technology, such as 4K TV, enhancing the in-house experience, so much, that it often surpasses its 'outdoor' equivalent.”
Whatever you say...Matt.
Either way, age is just a number, right? We say party on!
