Premiere: Sydney’s JVLY melancholy collab ‘Stone’

Sydney born producer Kayle Butler, better known as JVLY, has gifted us a dreamy new single, ‘Stone’.

This blissful single is the anticipated follow-up to his 2016 debit hit ‘Unravel‘, a track that saw the local artist turn heads with his unique, experimental take on electronica.

Now back with his first track of the year, JVLY teams up with songstress Sarai, forging a melancholy yet captivating collaboration that blends his ecletic instrumentation with her effortless vocal range.

Speaking on the release, JVLY writes: I wanted to embody the feeling of an almost transcendental type of bliss that came from an encounter with someone. Like a lucid reverie that you’re not even sure you want to end. I guess it kind of plays with the ambiguity of emotion and how we perceive experiences in our own head. shouts to my pal Sarai and her majestic vocals for bringing the concept to life.

Listen to ‘Stone’ featuring Sarai below, and let us know what you think of it.
