The trap gods are smiling down on us, with a new collaboration from the genre’s heavyweights Mr. Carmack and RL Grime entering our lives.
Just days ago during his show in Dallas, Carmack finished by mentioning the forthcoming collaboration and giving it a spin for the lucky crowd. Despite the poor recorded quality, what we can hear certainly contains all the factors for a heavy-hitting single that is to be expected from these two.
The collab – which comes just days after RL Grime dropped the first taste of his forthcoming album in ‘Reims‘ – has been in the works for some time now and even had a few plays here and there in the past. However, this recent spin from Carmack leads us to believe it may finally see the light of day in the near future. Perhaps it will turn up on the new album?
It also comes a few months ahead of RL Grime’s Aussie tour. Here’s hoping this gem is out by then!
