Cosmo’s Midnight’s ‘History’ has been smashing it, currently most played on triple j and with some 4 million online streams, it’s had a bit of an alright reception.

The boys, however, decided that wasn’t enough.  Not enough boxes being ticked, they reckon. So they gave the track to a Philly based young producer Instupendo.

In his hands, it’s become a lot more dark, stripped back. Less poppy more low-light moody, and all around a refreshing twist on the original. It plays really well around the vocals, showing the versatility of the Cosmo’s Midnight track itself.

Cosmo’s Midnight have been killing it lately, as they wrap up a bunch of sold out shows, this is a pretty nice finishing touch.
