triple j’s Mix Up Announces Huge Lineup For Upcoming Residencies

triple j’s Mix Up will once again be providing the goodies, having locked in some of the world’s best DJs and producers for a fresh and exciting set of residencies, as well as introducing you to a brand new member of the the triple j family.

One of Australia’s biggest and brightest dance music superstars Alison Wonderland, UK duo Snakehips (who will be embarking on their Australian Tour this coming May), and Melbourne producer Roland Tings are only the tip of the incredible iceberg that is the roster of upcoming Mix Up residents set to astound and astonish in the coming months. In combination, you’ll hear guest mixes from some of the world’s most coveted electronic music producers, with the likes of Toro y Moi, Soul Clap, Mila, Chanel, and Fishing all gracing us sonically with their presence.

Curating this outstanding lineup of talent and joining triple j as Producer for Mix Up is local legend Andy Garvey. Hailed for her amazing taste, Andy Garvey has cemented herself as a stalwart within the Sydney music scene. Her extensive knowledge of electronic music will be a welcome addition to the triple j team, and is sure to make for some beautifully curated shows.

Last Week on Mix Up saw AlunaGeorge play their fourth and final set for their February residency. They were joined by local legend and arguably one of Sydney’s best selectors Ben Fester, who recently closed out Sydney’s Summer Dance.

This year’s residents follow an enviable list of past resident Mix Up legends, including Dillon Francis, Kelela, and Tornado Wallace.
