For Incubus fans, it’s been a fair wait for new music following the release their last studio album If Not Now, When?; but finally, a new album is upon us, and the Californian 5-piece have been playing some cuts from the forthcoming record to music outlets across America.
The strangest part, however, is that OWSLA boss-man Skrillex has reportedly collaborated with them on one of the new tracks.
Californian radio station KROQ‘s music director Lisa Worden has slipped a murmur that Skrilly has collaborated with the band on the coming album, adding “I may or may not have heard something, … OK, it’s fricking fantastic!”
So Skrillex and Incubus huh? We’re looking forward to what this number is going to sound like.
KROQ will premiere the LP’s first single “Nimble Bastard” on Feb. 16.
