33-days into the new year and one of the most anticipated releases/ debut albums has today been released. That’s right, Sampha the man behind Blood On Me and (No One Knows Me) Like The Piano has finally shared his incredible powerful debut record Process.

Following the early success of it’s earlier singles, Process is one of the hot ticket releases of the year. It’s early on, but we perhaps come year’s end Process may feature come some end of year ‘Best of’ lists. Process is the first major body of work from Sampha since his 2013 6 track EP Dual. Releasing via Young Turks / Remote Control Records, Process is defining artist statement, but so it’s Sampha getting personal.

For those of us not familiar with Sampha’s prowess, you may know a stack of the names he has worked with in various capacities such as SBTRKT, FKA Twigs, Kanye West, Lil Silva, Frank Ocean, Drake, Beyonce and most recently on Solange’s A Seat At The Table.

This isn’t the only piece of glorious Sampha related news we have for you. If Process isn’t enough to sway you, then perhaps living Sampha’s brilliance live may. Yes, the man is set to tour down-under (and a show in New Zealand) this year in May with tickets still available to a handful of dates across various cities.
