Popular Sydney Nightclub To Extend Lockout Time Starting Tonight!

Famous Kings Cross venue The World Bar will be officially extending their lockout and last drinks time-frames by half an hour from tonight at their weekly Banquet throw-down.

Following the Callinan Review back in September of last year, the state government made it official that certain nightspots would allowed to extend their lockout and trade hours times by 30-minutes. Despite this being only a nudge in the right direction and not really fixing the problem, it is still some good news for partygoers and promoters alike.

So this is what you need to know in a nutshell:

  • 2AM the lockout kicks in.
  • 3:30AM is last drinks.
