Legendary Duo Underworld Are Heading Down Under This April

Words by Maria Wang

Long-running British duo Underworld are set to return to Australia and New Zealand for the first time in seven years.

The legendary group will be kicking off their tour below the equator in Aukland on April 8, before hopping across the pond for their debut Opera House performance on the 11th and finishing up with a performance at Melbourne’s Art Centre on the 12th.

After 25 years of pioneering sounds in techno and electronica, the powerhouse duo has influenced countless other artists and accumulated dozens of achievements, including the 2012 London Olympics Opening Ceremony, landmark release ‘dubnobasswithmyheadman’, and the anthem of a generation, ‘Born Slippy (Nuxx)’, now freshly revived for 2017’s Trainspotting sequel as ‘Slow Slippy‘:

Sound like a good time? It will certainly not be one to miss.

Tickets for both performances can be found right here.
