LA beat-maker Groundislava has announced a new album on the way, paired with the release of the first single from the project, Until Tomorrow.

This dreamy, ambient release breaks a long hiatus from the Wedidit producer, whose last offering came in form of his 2014 LP Frozen Throne.

GIL channels a familiar, nostalgic tone in his latest single, with an eclectic array of instrumentation creating the base for Jake Weary’s elegant vocal range to drift above.

Weary is an oft collaborator of Groundislava’s, lending his voice on numerous GIL tracks in the past; but you may also recognise him from the big screen, particularly the spooky horror film It Follows. Very talented dude.

Groundislava’s upcoming album, Endless Voyage, is due February 24th via Wedidit. Listen to the first cut below and see what you think.
