Electro juggernaut Bas Bron aka Fatima Yamaha has a new EP. Released on the Dekmantel label in the early hours this morning, Araya is a three-track wonder that traverses both the melodic and heavy-hitting rhythms of Bron’s musical palette.

The title track features the heavy, distorted melodies and driving percussion sections we have come to associate with the Dutchamn’s music. Piayes Beach Bar and Grill melds a swinging funk bass line with a sweet synthesiser hook, while Romantic Bureaucracy pairs a melodic piano section with a delightfully restrained drumbeat.
